ZNS系列雙網(wǎng)擠漿機(jī)適用于制漿造紙工藝各類紙漿漿料的濃縮與補(bǔ)充洗滌特別廣泛用于廢紙的熱分散系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械漿的高濃漂白、粗
渣再磨等系統(tǒng)的濃縮與洗滌商品漿的漿板機(jī)形成部的濃縮與補(bǔ)充洗滌對(duì)低游離度的機(jī)械漿、草類漿的濃縮與補(bǔ)充洗滌也很適用
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
應(yīng)用雙網(wǎng)楔形脫水原理,脫水案板與與壓輥裝置的組合脫水;壓 區(qū)長(zhǎng),壓力差逐漸加大,濃縮比高,出漿濃度可穩(wěn)定在28~48%.
自動(dòng)調(diào)整網(wǎng)速,以調(diào)整脫水量與出漿濃度,確保工藝對(duì)出漿濃度 的穩(wěn)定要求. 夾網(wǎng)楔形成型脫水濾板與壓輥裝置二個(gè)脫水區(qū)組合,結(jié)構(gòu)新穎, 濃縮能耗低(不需真空).
PLC控制,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行安全又可靠且更穩(wěn)定.白水中的纖維損失少.
Application:
ZNS series twin-wire press is suitable for washing and thickening of all
kinds of pulps. It is widely used in dispersion system of the recycled paper
stock, bleaching system of the mechanical pulp with high consistency and the
refining system of coarse rejects, etc. It can also be used in the forming stage
of wetlap machine as well as the washing and thickening of mechanical pulp and
straw pulp with low freeness.
Design Features:
Adopt the wedge-shaped dehydration principle;
Group dehydration of the dewatering filter plate and pressing roll unit;
Long nip, increasing pressure drop, and high concentration ratio stabilize
outlet consistency at 28-48%;
Adjust the wire speed automatically so as to control the dewatering amount
and outlet consistency and ensure the outlet consistency meet the process
requirements;
Unique structure, low power consumption(no vacuum is needed); PLC control to
keep the system steady, safe and reliable;
Low fiber loss.
